When implementing an accounting product within your system, we will require your cooperation throughout the process to insure that we can integrate smoothly and efficiently, while keeping the disruption to a minimum.
Selecting the proper product for your business’ needs is often a difficult process. There are several different product options and a multitude of variables that each product has to offer. At the Technology Advisory Group, we assist all of our customers in making a sound decision on any products our clients choose to invest in. After all, no matter how efficient your accounting processes are, your business will still need the proper software to fulfill your needs.
Our process for assisting you with your product selection is simple. First, we meet
with you personally, to discuss your business, the challenges you face, and what
your specific needs or desires are. We want to know what features you will require, as well as any that you think could be beneficial to have. Then based upon that knowledge, we will work to identify the best possible solution or solutions. Once we have identified the product or products best suited to your business, we will meet with you again to discuss the benefits and features of the product to help you make an informed decision.
With our professional guidance, we will help you understand your accounting system. We have certified consultants to train you one-on-one on all of the software
packages we offer. We customize training to fit your needs, schedule and level of accounting knowledge.
In addition to the initial training offered, we are also available at any time to give
you and your staff the support they need, whether it be answering questions, troubleshooting issues, or general information about accounting standards and practices.
At the Technology Advisory Group, we recommend that all of our clients perform a system review at least once every 5 years. During the review process, we will assess your current accounting system and determine if your system is operating properly and efficiently, examine any new factors (growth, new product lines, etc.) that have changed your accounting process, and compile a list of recommendations based upon our review. After concluding our review, we will meet with you personally to present you with the findings of our review, as well as outline any appropriate solutions to problems or any process changes we have identified.

moving to a new system or streamlining processes.
